Terms & Conditions

3.1 PetShifting.com provides door-to-door pet relocation services across India via road, train, and air.

3.2 All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, pet type, and travel distance.

3.3 We reserve the right to refuse service to any user at our sole discretion.

3.4 We do not transport pets that are aggressive, sick, or require immediate medical attention unless accompanied by a veterinarian.

3.5 The user is responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their pet, including health status, behaviour, and special needs.

4.1 Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.

4.2 A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been received and a confirmation email/SMS has been sent.

4.3 All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4.4 We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and bank transfers.

4.5 A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due before or at the time of service delivery.

5.1 Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

5.2 For cancellations made 48 hours or more before pickup, a full refund will be provided (minus processing fees).

5.3 For cancellations made within 24-48 hours of pickup, a 50% refund will be provided.

5.4 No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup.

5.5 Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

5.6 If we cancel a service due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters), a full refund will be provided.

6.1 The user must ensure their pet is fit to travel and has the necessary health certificates and vaccinations.

6.2 The user is responsible for providing accurate contact information for pickup and delivery.

6.3 The user must provide a suitable carrier or crate for their pet (or request one from us at an additional cost).

6.4 The user must disclose any known health issues, allergies, or behavioural concerns about their pet.

6.5 The user is responsible for ensuring their pet is properly identified with a collar, tag, or microchip.

7.1 PetShifting.com takes every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing health conditions of the pet
• Acts of God (natural disasters, severe weather)
• Medical emergencies requiring immediate veterinary attention
• Death or injury due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

7.2 Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

7.3 We strongly recommend all users have pet insurance for their animals.

8.1 The user is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel permits, health certificates, and vaccination records for their pet.

8.2 We assist with documentation but are not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.

8.3 The user must ensure their pet meets all regulatory requirements for travel (state, national, and international).

9.1 All content on this website (text, images, logos, videos, etc.) is the property of PetShifting.com and protected by copyright laws.

9.2 Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

9.3 Unauthorised use of our content may result in legal action.
